PET HOTLINE UPDATES:
Merely call our toll free number and when the phone is answered enter only your three digit box number. Your sitter will update once a day with information on your pet and home. You may also leave a message in this box for your sitter if you wish.
MESSAGE CENTER:
If you have a permanent box you may also use it to leave messages for our office staff when you are in town and need an answer or information when we are not in the office. Call 630.904.4740 and leave your message in your private box and then call your box 1-2 hours later to retrieve our answer or information. We hope this will provide a faster means of communication during peak business hours and holiday weeks.

**Note: The Pet Hotline Voicemail system is transitioning to our new Client Portal. For our current clients that use this system we will keep it activated as long as possible, but please become familiar with our Client Portal so that when we stop using the Pet Hotline, you are comfortable with our new system.
